It is capable of regulating physiological functionality of the human body. As a main ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine, it is also used for the treatment of different diseases in many Asian countries. Recent studies showed that ginseng has a number of new health benefits for our health. On the other hand, there were also some events reported that taking ginseng supplements many have some side effects as well.

Currently most ginseng supplement capsules or pills found in the market are mainly made from plant roots of Panax ginseng extract. It can also help to increase appetite, enhance the functionality of the immune system and improve blood circulation. Some people also use it to improve short memory and draw attention. Ginseng side effects
Although ginseng have many benefits for our health, they have some side effects as well. Nervousness, insomnia and irritability are the most common symptoms when taking too much of this herb. This is because that ginseng has some strong stimulating effects which can make people being excited. However, over amount of consumption can cause nervousness, insomnia and other issues related with the nerves.
