Black Colored Fruits
Mulberry is a common black colored fruits which are rich in nutrients. They contain a variety of organic acids, amino acids, vitamins and nutrients such as beta-carotene, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper and zinc. It is proved that regular consumption of Mulberry can effectively enhance immunization level of the human body. They can also bring a variety of health benefits such as promotion of blood red blood cell growth, preventing the arteries harden, maintaining metabolism and so on.
Fructus Mume are rich in vitamin B2, potassium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus and a variety of other nutrients. It is an alkaline food because the organic acids through intestinal wall absorption will soon be transformed into alkaline substances. Based on nutritional researches, fruits with darker skins have higher nutritional value than light-colored fruits. The nutrients contained in different part of the same fruit can also be different due to the different color and pigments contained in different parts. The black skin in black fruits contain more nutrients and it is advised to eat the fruit with the skin altogether.
