There are many vegetables which can be eaten in raw. They usually contain low calories and a large amount of dietary fiber which can help you to loose extra weight.

Cucumbers contains a variety of minerals and vitamins such as vitamin c and vitamin b complex. It also has a crisp and refreshing taste which can stimulate your appetite. From a nutritional perspective, cucumber skin is nutrient-rich and they should be retained. To get rid of the pesticide residue on the cucumber skin, it should be put in salt water for 15-20 minutes before consumption. If you like to make salad using cucumbers, it should be eaten in fresh to avoid further vitamin loss during the storage in the air.

Tomatoes are rich in vitamins a which is good for eyesight and skin repairing. One of the best ways to consume tomatoes is to put it into salad in raw. People suffering from obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure can take tomatoes as their best summer vegetables.

Among all vegetables, peppers contain the highest amount of vitamin c. Vitamin c can play an important role in enhancing the immune system and protecting the body against various diseases.

Celery is rich in fiber, potassium and vitamins B2. In hot summer, people are very easily to get irritated. At the same time, people are easily to lose water when it’s very hot which can lead to imbalance of sodium and potassium in the body. Celery helps people regulate the balance of sodium and potassium. It can also bring great benefits for the skin and nervous system.
