Food Rich In Vitamin A


Vitamin A is a powerful antioxidant that can regulate the metabolism of epidermis and cuticle effect. It has the functionality of anti-aging and wrinkles, reducing seborrhea, improving skin elasticity and fade spots and make smooth skins. If we want to have healthy skin, we should regularly take foods that contain vitamin A.


Carrot
Carrots is known as being rich in vitamin A and is of great help to protect the skin. If you can consume a cup of carrot juice each day, you can greatly decrease the number of freckle on face.

Sweet Potato
Consumption of sweet potatoes is very helpful to improve the quality of skin. Sweet potatoes are rich in beta carotene which can be absorbed by the body and be converted into vitamin A. Also, it has a moisturizing effect as well.

Corn
Corn is a famous anti-aging foods which is rich in carotene and yellow corns contain a relatively higher level of nutrients than other corn types. The beta-carotene in corns will be absorbed by the body and converted into vitamin A which can moisten the skin.

Liver
Most animal livers contain a wealth of vitamin A which can bring a good cosmetic effect for our skins. Moreover, the liver is also rich in iron, phosphorus and other raw materials which can work together with vitamin A to maintain healthy skin.
