Mangoes can be considered as an effective appetizer which can also have the functionality of preventing vomiting and invigorating the spleen and stomach. The acidic compounds contained in mangoes have the anti-cancer capability and mango juice can also increases the movement of gastrointestinal peristalsis. So, fresh mangoes are very beneficial to fight against colon cancer. The vitamin c contained in mangoes can reduce cholesterol and triglycerides. So, frequent consumption of mangoes can continually provide vitamin c for the human body and can provide prevention from cardiovascular diseases.
