Methods To Lose Weight - Part One


The first weight loss method is very simple. You only need to keep eating apples and drinking mineral water for three days. Do not take any other food. Each cycle can help to reduce an average of 3 to 5 kilograms. Apples contain a lot of food fiber which can help to eliminate the waste in the body. Also, its potassium has diuretic effect which can let the body residual waste be cleared via the urine out of the body.

Please Note: One apple has about 100,000 calories. So, although you can eat unlimited number of apples during three days, a normal person can eat at a maximum of 2 or 3. In addition, within 3 days after the implementation of this weight-loss method, you can only eat porridge or vegetables such as light food for easy digestion. This can help the body to slowly adapt to the food. Otherwise, the human body will excessively absorb calories after excessive hunger and be exposed to high-calorie food. This will increase the burden of stomach.


Aloe Vera method is an ancient method to help lose weight. Aloe vera has the function of laxatives and excessive consumption can lead to diarrhea. However, moderate intake of it can help drain the accumulation of residual wastes and thus reduce weight. Aloe Vera pulp has a strong medical effects which can make a smooth pectin ingredients. It can help releave the symptom of constipation and make skin smooth.

Please Note: Eating 3 to 5cm of Aloe vera is sufficient. However, the intake amount will be different for each individual.

Vegetable soup is an efficient method to help lose weight. Just simply add any type of vegetable to 3 times the amount of water and simmer for 1 hours. The vegetable soup contains a large amount of dietary food fibers which can cure constipation and help expel excess moisture and waste out of the body. Also, the minerals dissolved in soup has a lot of benefits too.

Please Note: In addition to the soup, you can also eat vegetables in the boiled soup. This is because they contain a very small amount of calories. However, it is inappropriate for long-term use since it can cause malnutrition in the long run.
