Banana Diet Method
Generally, 1 bowl of white rice contain about 160,000 calories, and each banana contains only 80 to 100,000 calories. So, if we take a banana instead of 1 bowls of rice in each meal, it can achieve great weight loss outcome. This method can prevent the body from absorbing 200k to 300k calories per day. Moreover, bananas can make people feel full which can help reduce the food taken, Also, it is rich in calcium and vitamins which can eliminate puffiness.
Note: If you decide to use this method, you should pay attention to the selection of dishes. They should be high nutritional and low calorie ones.
Tomato Weight Loss Method
A 120-gram tomato contains about 30,000 calories. It has 95 grams of moisture, 1.5 grams of protein, 0.3 grams of fat, 6.3 grams of carbohydrate, 1.4 grams of fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E, lycopene and so on. Although the tomato itself does not make people lose weight, its low-calorie and high-fiber characteristics can help the detox process. Eating tomatoes can make people feel full, thus avoid the circumstances to eat other high-calorie food which can be seen as indirect weight loss effect. One of the daily meals should only contain tomatoes and use only a small amount of oil, salt and sugar when cooking. People suffering from gastric diseases should not eat tomatoes frequently because it will cause gastric acid secretion. The immature tomatoes contain alkali which can cause dizziness or nausea.
Note: Although this method is feasible, the tomato itself is almost all composed of water. There is not much nutrients in it except for vitamin C. So the remaining two meals except tomato one should add some extra nutritional content in it.
Korean Kimchi diet method
Edible spicy kimchi makes the body easy to warm up because the pepper in kimchi can increase metabolism and pepper has the effect of inhibiting appetite. It is best to choose to eat kimchi before meals and the ammount can vary depending on personal preferences.
Note: Because the Korean kimchi is very spicy, people suffering from gastrointestinal disorders should not use this method to lose weight.
