Adequate exercise is also helpful to the body’s natural detoxification process. Deep breathing helps to clean the lungs, sinuses, nose, and respiratory tract. Moreover, sweating can help you body to expel the toxins through the skin. You should also increase the intake of dietary fiber to alleviate bloating and constipation. For better results, you should try your best to avoid the consumption of certain type of foods and drinks like alcohol, caffeine, dairy products, chocolate, chemically blended juices, soft drinks, processed meats such as bacon and sausages, high-salt foods, shellfish and beef. On the contrary, some foods containing natural antioxidants can assist the body’s to be healthy. Some good examples of such foods include skinless chicken, fish such as halibut, cod, sardine or mackerel, brown rice, green vegetables, garlic, spices such as cinnamon and ginger, and fresh fruits.
Another great option is to drink decaf green tea. It contains antioxidants which can be preventive against a variety of cancer and lower the blood pressure. It can also lower the level of cholesterol and prevent tooth decay. Drinking adequate green tea can also help promote weight loss.
