Pineapple Face Mask

If you are looking for an effective natural skin care products but not willing to spend too much money on those commercial masks which also contain harmful chemicals, some homemade facial mask options can be considered. Among all fruits that are applicable for this job, pineapples can be a good candidate. It will only take you a few minutes to fresh up your face skins. Pineapples contain oleanolic acid and enzymatic components which is capable of soften the skin and thus make skin look healthy. There are may methods to make a pineapple mask and the simplest approach is to smash the flesh of pineapple and wipe them over face and hand skin.

The first step to make a pineapple mask is to cut the pineapple into several slices and place four or five blocks into the blender. Pineapple is very mild to human skin and therefore can help the pores to shrink and make our skin look younger and healthy. In the blender, you need to add about three or four teaspoons of olive oil which is an excellent additive having nourishing and moisturizing effect for the skin. You can also add another teaspoon of honey into the blender. Honey can relive the symptoms of swelling, inflammation, and wrinkles, and help eliminate dark skins under the eyes.

Before apply this homemade on your skin, you should wash your face thoroughly with warm water and then gently rub the pineapple mask evenly on the facial skin. You should keep them on your skin for at least for 15 minutes to get a better result. Once again, rinse your skin using warm water. The remaining unused mask can be stored in the fridge for a few days when packaged in a sealed container.
