The Health Benefits Of Curry
Curry is not a single spice, but a mixture of up to 20 species including cardamom, clove, fennel, cinnamon, pepper, mint, coriander seed, mustard, turmeric powder, and spinach puree. These spices are very different from each other. Some of them are spicy and another might be fragrant. When mixed together, they will produce an unexpected flavor for different kinds of food raw material such as meat, seafood or vegetables.
Curry is rich in fats, protein, vitamins, dietary fiber, minerals and other essential ingredients.
