The Truth Of Fried Starchy Foods
Fried starchy foods such as popcorn, chips, chips, cookies, instant noodles, etc are usually very popular in young people because their taste and the convenience. However, when there is a temptation to be delicious, it is usually not that healthy as you think. The main ingredient of potato chips is potato which is a healthy food and is often eaten in our daily life. Depending on the process, potato chips can be divided into two types. The calories of fried chips is very high. Each 100 grams of chips can generate about 6OO-700 kilocalories which is roughly equivalent to the amount of calories a young woman should take in a meal. It’s easy to get a lot of fried chips in just a few minutes. If you don’t pay attention to the amount of exercise, the excessive calories you take from potato chips will be stored as fat and become the extra weight of your body. As a result, people will suffer a variety of diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, high blood fat, high blood sugar and fatty liver.
