Regarding the dieting options, fresh boiled water is the best choice. Boiled water is the natural state of the waters after the multi-layer purification process. The microbe in the water has been killed in the high temperature and the calcium and magnesium in boiling water is very beneficial to the body skin. Studies show that hard water containing elements such as calcium and magnesium has the effect of preventing accelerated aging.


The first cup of water in the morning shoule not be juice, cola, soda, coffee, milk and other sugar drinks. Carbonated beverages such as soda and cola contain citric acid which can accelerate calcium excretion in metabolism and reduce the amount of calcium in the blood. A long-term drinking of those beverage will cause the skin disorders. These drinks usually have diuretic effect. Drinking them in the early morning not only can cause the body to lose moisture and increase the body’s demand for water.

Some people like to get up in the morning and drink the ice water in the fridge because of the refreshing feel. In fact, it is inappropriate to drink such water in the morning. This is because the gastrointestinal has been emptied and cold or hot water will cause a large amount of vitamin B loss. This will cause skin acne and endocrine disorders. The best temperature in morning to drink is the room temperature.

A healthy person will drink at least 7 to 8 cups of water (about 2.5 liters) a day, and the amount of water will increase correspondingly when in case of more exercises. Waking up early in the morning, a person should replenish water to the body right away by drinking at least 300 ml of water. Drinking water in the morning shoul be with an empty stomach, i.e. drinking water before breakfast.

Medical experts believe that “drinking water to lose weight” is lack of scentific evidence. Drinking adequate water will hold the stomach big and theoretically can temporarily produce full feeling to the brain. However, the sense of hunger is not only from the stomach. Blood glucose concentrations, vision and smells can also stimulate appetite. The water stays in the stomach in a short time. When the water stay in the stomach, the hunger feeling will be stronger which will cause people to eat more.
